Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe is expecting twins next year. Mick van Dijke and his brother Tim will join the German WorldTeam from 2025. The two 24-year-old talents will primarily strengthen the team's classics group.&nbsp;Mick is already in his fourth WorldTour season, having won the Flanders Tomorrow Tour in 2021 and turned pro the following day. This year, he was runner-up in the Dutch ITT championships and recently placed at the front in the sprints of the Tour de Wallonie.&nbsp;Tim made a name for himself at Paris-Roubaix in the spring and reached the velodrome in the group sprinting for a top 10 place. Two brothers for the Band of Brothers: Mick and Tim van Dijke join Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe

Danny van Poppel finished second in the Deutschland Tour 2024. After finishing third last year, the Dutchman once again made it onto the podium of Germany's only stage race. &nbsp; This year's Deutschland Tour was once again a chase for seconds. The preliminary decision was made on yesterday's selective queen's stage, when van Poppel climbed onto the GC podium. But with a lead of just one second, his position was far from secure. &nbsp; On today's final stage, the final ten kilometres were a fierce battle. Once again it was the bonus sprint just before the finish that decided the race: Danny van Poppel won two seconds and was only five seconds behind second place. In the final sprint a few kilometres later, he showed his speed. Although he was beaten by overall winner Mads Pedersen, he crossed the line in second place. Danny van Poppel finishes second at Deutschland Tour

8th stage - 2nd victory.&nbsp;Primož Roglič has added another chapter to his impressive Grand Tour history.&nbsp;Today's win is his 21st stage victory in one of the three grand tours.&nbsp;But it wasn't the hunt for records that was decisive today - the hunt for seconds is currently taking centre stage.&nbsp;&nbsp;Roglič has made up almost a minute on the current leader of the Vuelta over the past two days. He remains in second place in the overall standings, now 3:49 minutes behind Ben O'Connor. With the stage win, Roglič also takes the lead in the mountain classification and will start tomorrow in the blue dotted jersey. Primož Roglič strikes again

For Primož Roglič, 13 is not a reason for superstition - today it is a reason for celebration. On the steep climb to Pico Villuercas, the Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe leader took his 13th stage win of the Vuelta and the red jersey of the overall leader.&nbsp;Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe left no doubt about its ambitions throughout the day at the Vuelta's first mountaintop finish. The team controlled the breakaway for over 100 kilometres in temperatures approaching 40 degrees. It was a statement up to the final climb and it paid off. The steepest sections were in the last 5 kilometres of the stage and a small group of riders had already formed after just a few metres. Primož Roglič led the group from the front to the line, fending off all attacks. Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe continues its talent strategy: Finn Fisher-Black will join the team in 2025. The young New Zealander is particularly strong on undulating terrain and in demanding finishes. &nbsp; Like his compatriot Laurence Pithie, who has just been introduced as a new member of the German team, Fisher-Black is only 22 years old. He joined the WorldTour as a 19-year-old - and has made impressive steps ever since. He also showed his talent in his Grand Tour debut, the 2023 Vuelta a España, in the steep Bejes finale. Finn Fisher-Black second New Zealand signing for Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe

From Saturday, Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe will have new Grand Tour opportunities. The Vuelta a España starts, and the team is going to the third Grand Tour of the year with an ambitious line-up. &nbsp; He has won the general classification of the Vuelta three times, plus a dozen stages. On Saturday, Primož Roglič will not only be celebrating his comeback in his favorite Grand Tour, but also his return to racing. Since leaving the Tour de France, the Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe leader has been preparing for the start of the Vuelta and recently spent two and a half weeks in an altitude camp. &nbsp; With Dani Martínez and Aleksandr Vlasov, Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe has two more GC aces up its sleeve. Like Roglič, the Vuelta is Vlasov's first race since leaving the Tour de France early.
