On the last day of the Settimana Coppi e Bartali a 18.6km long individual time trial concluded the race. R. Cavagna showed an impressive performance to clock a 22:12 and take the win, while BORA – hansgrohe’s Ben Zwiehoff put in another solid performance. The German crossed the line in 23:12 and moved to 7th place in the final general classification.

From the finish line
„My legs haven’t been as good as the last days today, but still this was the best TT of my career. I trained a lot on the TT bike during the off season, and also did my first ever aero test. I think those efforts pay off. I am happy with the result today and in the GC. We had a young squad here and the boys really supported me very well the whole week.“ – Ben Zwiehoff
